Peaceful Possums Yoga collects personal details such as your name and address and phone number, information about your children’s name and ages and any other participant you nominate, as well as important health information for both yourself, your children or any other participant you nominate.

 

Your data is collected when you make an enquiry, subscribe to our mailing list or register to attend a class through our booking system, Book That In. Their privacy policy can be found at: https://www.bookthatin.com/privacy/ . Your Debit/Credit Card details and name are collected via Stripe as our Data Processor in order to collect payment for our classes. This is their privacy policy: https://stripe.com/en-gb/privacy.

Your email address and name is also collected and used for mailing lists in order to distribute email newsletters and other relevant materials. Here is the privacy policy for Mail Chimp https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/ who we use to do our email campaigns.

 

We require the information you provide to allow us to schedule bookings, manage our classes and to ensure your and your children’s safety during your class. Your contact data will be used if we need to contact you regarding your bookings, how to rebook or to find out about classes/events or other relevant information related to Peaceful Possums Yoga. We also use this information to help us identify new classes or workshop opportunities that will suit the needs of our customers.

 

Your data is stored within the Book That In system and will remain on their system unless you decide to delete your personal account with them. Please see their privacy policy for more information. Peaceful Possums Yoga also maintains a mailing list with Mailchimp.com. Should you wish to unsubscribe from emails please email peacefulpossumsyoga@gmail.com or click the unsubscribe link on all email correspondence.
